Introduction

 

Students listen to ”The ugly duck” story by the school librarian, then make and present reading sheets.

Process

 Starting from a presentation of H. Ch. Andersen's life and work, the children are asking questions and expressing their opinions about the issues at hand.

·        Students solve the puzzle with the picture.

 ·        In order to verify the content of the story, the teacher proposes Kahoot LIVING BOOK - Stories, Hans Christian Andersen, with 10 questions. After the game, the process is analyzed - how to solve with Reports, coming with explanations where it was wrong.

 ·        Students divided into groups will have to perform a collective work using the cracked papermaking technique:

Group 1 and 2: Students will be able to make a few puppets

Group 3: Students will make the ugly duckling

Group 4: Students will perform mother-to-be

Finally, the children assemble the elements and imagine a moment that could happen, except in the case of the storyteller H. Ch. Andersen.

 ·        Using the Quiver application, children will bring life to the duckling after they have colored it, in the original manner, and will make dialogs with the duckling through the grass.
